Introduction to Modern Arnis Tapi Tapi

An explanation of body movement from the essence of inward, outward, upward, downward, forward and backward motion with footwork to use force that you can control without over extending beyond the bodies limitations. Theories come from TCM, Qi-Gong, Kempo Karate, Jujitsu, Small Circle Jujitsu, Kali, Arnis and Excrima. Come with an open mind to learn about your body dynamics and its potential power with control.

Cost:
AFA Members: $30 (preregister by April 23) or $35 at the door
Non-members: $35 (preregister by April 23) or $40 at the door
Spectators: $15
