Kunst des Fechtens (KDF) is a medieval fighting system attributed to German fencing master, Johannes Liechtenauer. This workshop will focus on the core concepts and techniques of the KDF system. Students will learn to apply these techniques at speed through a series of drills.

Training will include the various weapons used in the system including their strengths and weaknesses. Controlling the fight with footwork and measure. Delivering cuts and thrusts, including the 5 master hews. Defending while maintaining offense.

Cost:*
AFA Members: $30 (preregister by July 8) or $35 at the door***
Non-members: $35 (preregister by July 8) or $40 at the door***
Spectators: $15
