Comparison between the traditional and combative version of the “roof block”

This seminar will focus on the practice of the common “roof block” found in most FMA systems. Training will cover a traditional basic blocking version, a parrying version and a striking version. Instruction will also include stick and sword variations as well as how to use the technique defensively and offensively.

Cost:
AFA Members: $30 (preregister by June 3) or $35 at the door
Non-members: $35 (preregister by June 3) or $40 at the door
